Satisfaction Guarantee

I do have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you join and for some reason discover it’s not what you expected or what you wanted, you can contact me for a refund. If you receive a refund, you must delete all copies of the amReport plugin from your website, your computer, and anywhere else it is stored.

License for Analytics

When you join this site and receive the amReport plugin, it comes with an unlimited license for your personal use. That means you can use the plugin and view reports on as many websites as you personally own. You cannot install the plugin with clients, friends, colleagues, or strangers.

The files may not be distributed by anyone outside of Kencinnus, LLC except authorized contractors as specified.

Warranty

If for some reason you have a problem with this web site or the amReport plugin, please contact me and I will try to help resolve the problem. (This does not mean I will install the plugin for you; it means I will try to help solve your problem.)

Income Disclaimer

Typical Results

While there is no good way to determine what results are typical among my customers, the majority of the feedback about this web site has been positive. The reports work as advertised. And in the rare circumstance where there is a problem, I do my utmost to promptly resolve the problem as soon as I become aware of it.

Subscription Payments

When you purchase a recurring subscription, your credit card or payment account will be charged once every 30 days. If you cancel the subscription, your access to subscription content and/or tools will be revoked.

If you choose to re-activate your subscription at a later time, you will have to re-purchase the subscription at the then-current price, which may be higher than when you initially joined.

System Requirements for the aMember amReport Plugin

You will need to already own a copy of aMember Pro version 3.1.8 or higher. The web server where your membership site is hosted must be running PHP 5+, MySQL 3+ and it must have ION Cube Loader activated.
