… Assumptions and Explanations of this Model:
- This report is a predictive model more than it is a report of actual numbers.
- Current customers will continue to behave as prior customers.
- Report is for all lead sources, individual sources would have greater variability.
- Report does not represent “trying” transactions, as such cancellation rates may be higher than reflected.
- The number of people who have ever started is placed into the Starting cell on the Period 1 row.
- The number of people who have ever canceled at each period are placed into the cells in the Cancel column.
- The number of people who are currently still actually in each period are placed into the cells in the Current column.
- If you are using the aMember affiliate program then the average affiliate payout per payment for each period is placed into the Aff Com column.
- If you have entered a number into the Cost Of Goods Sold field for your product in aMember then that number for each period is placed into the COGS column.
- If you are using a 3rd party affiliate program you may wish to put in your average affiliate commission for your product into the COGS field when you edit your product to closely reflect costs.
- The model does the rest.
