From the Desk of Ken Gary:

Dear Membership Site Owner,

If you’d like to get more paying members to sign up for your membership site… keep them longer (so you get more recurring income)… and make more money every single month… then this will be one of the most exciting letters you ever read.

Here’s why:

I’ve discovered a super simple way to analyze the members of ANY membership site — and then leverage that information to help you rapidly grow your number of paying members.

Obviously, more members means more money.

And if you can keep each member longer, that means more money, too.

I can help you do both.

But before I get into the details, let me tell you about…

The Big Problem with aMember Reports

If you use aMember to run your membership site, then you know that its reporting capabilities are woefully inadequate.

They hardly provide any useful information at all.

Furthermore, if you’re running multiple membership sites in different niches, then you know how time-consuming and frustrating it is to log-in to each individual aMember panel to access the meager reporting data that’s available.

After personally dealing with these frustrations for months (and seeing some of my clients’ frustrations as well), I finally decided to do something about it.

So I developed Membership Site Analytics — a reporting service for aMember sites that lets you generate robust reports for an unlimited number of membership sites.

Here’s How It Works

After you get your account with Membership Site Analytics (MSA), you simply follow the simple installation instructions.

Once you’ve tethered your site to MSA, your site “pushes” data to MSA, then MSA takes that data and spins it into all kinds of useful reports.

And the best part is that there are never any slow downs in the reports, it’s totally secure, and no personal information is ever accessed or stored.

X-Ray Vision for Your Membership Site

Membership Site Analytics is a breakthrough service that gives you x-ray vision into your membership site.

With this new service, you’ll be able to discover things you never knew before about the performance of your membership site, including things like:

  • Total active members
  • Total canceled members
  • Number of new members in last 30 days
  • Number of canceled members by month
  • Average length of membership
  • Total number of payments made
  • Lifetime value of a member
  • And much, much more.

Membership Site Analytics will work with any aMember membership site.

Just imagine, with the kind of data you’ll have at your fingertips, you’ll know how much you can spend to acquire a new member… which months where there’s a spike in cancellations… whether your membership base is trending up or down… and more.

Armed with this information, you’ll know where to focus your efforts for designing a membership site that stands the test of time. With that in mind, here are…

4 Ways to Use Membership Site Analytics
to Make More Money

1. Discover the Lifetime Value of a Member

This is probably the most important metric you could possibly have as a membership site owner. Because lifetime value (LTV) tells you down to the penny how much you can spend to acquire a new member and still break even.

Once you know your LTV… and you know your conversion rate for getting new members… then you can determine exactly how much you can spend per click on Adwords or Facebook ads.

This is powerful because you’ll be able to dial in your advertising campaigns to be as productive and as profitable as you want. And you’ll also know how long it will take you to turn a profit — a critical piece of information if you’re rolling profits back into advertising.

2. See Average Length of Membership

In most industries, the average length of membership is around 3 or 4 months. If your average length of membership is less than 3 months, then you know you have some work to do. If it’s more than 4 months, then you’re doing well.

And no matter what your average is, you can always be working on improving it. MSA benchmarks your average length of membership at the end of every month so you can see if your average is going up or down.

Obviously, you want to do whatever you can do to keep your average length of membership going up!

3. See Most Loyal Members at a Glance

After 6-12 months of data have accumulated, you’ll discover that you have a small group of ultra-loyal members. These are members who will stick with you far longer than the average member will. In fact, they may keep paying you for years.

One of the strategies I teach is to reward your most loyal members so they stay even longer. Send them a free bonus report. Invite them to a private teleseminar. Offer them some consulting. Whatever you think makes sense.

In fact, something as a simple as a handwritten thank-you note sent by mail could go a long way toward building goodwill and keeping that member forever.

And here’s another tip: Your most loyal members may also be super affiliates in the making. If you have an affiliate program, remind your loyal members how much they can make by promoting your membership site.

4. See the Month (or Months) During Which People Cancel Most

The Retention Report inside MSA shows you the number of people who have canceled in each month. You may notice that the highest number of members cancel in months #1 and #4.

Now you know exactly at what point in time you need to do something to reinforce the value of your membership. Maybe you add a surprise bonus gift. Maybe you add some additional high-value content. Or maybe you simply remind them of the benefits of membership via an autoresponder email.

Whatever you do, do it with the purpose of reducing cancellations in those “problem months.”

Not only will this increase your average length of membership, it will also increase your Lifetime Value and how much money you make from your site each month.

But Wait, There’s More!

In addition to everything I’ve described so far, MSA has two additional unique reporting features for Premium Members only.

  1. Export Reports — If there are other people you’d like to share your reports with, or if you’d just like to have a copy on your hard drive, you can export any report at any time for easy storage and sharing.

  2. Custom Alerts — Want to know the moment you reach your goal of 1000 members? Or would you like to be alerted if you suddenly dip below 1000 members? Then set up a custom alert inside MSA to email you the exact moment it happens. (You may be able to spot a problem with your membership site and fix it before the loss gets too bad.)

The Cost?
Only $1 for a 10-Day Trial!

Go ahead and sign up today. You’ll pay just $1 for a 10-day trial of the service.

Then, if you like the reports and see how valuable they are to getting more members, keeping members longer, and ultimately making more money… then keep your membership for a low monthly fee (depending on the level you choose).

Just think: If you get just one extra member because of Membership Site Analytics, the service pays for itself.

Or, if you get one member to stay just one extra month, the service pays for itself.

The bottom line is this: If you’re serious about making more money from your membership site, then you simply must be using Membership Site Analytics. Click the link to sign up now…
